WebCMS access is no longer available. PCC will begin using our new curriculum management system (CIM) during the Fall 2024 semester.  Information about CIM (Curriculum Inventory Management) access will be available mid-September. Updated information about CIM access and training will be provided to deans, division chairs, and C & I Reps.  Please read your email. Details and training for our new Curriculum Management System (CIM) will also be provided in the Tuesday Tutoring email reminder sent by Nadia Marquez. Stay tuned for more information.

PDF copies of proposals submitted by the May 2, 2024 deadline can be found in the Curriculum and Instruction Resources Canvas Course, under Files, _WebCMS Proposals folder.  

  1. If the proposal completed Pretech review, it is in the Level 3 folder.
  2. If the proposal was submitted after May 2 and has not completed Pretech review, it is in the Level 2 folder.
  3. Proposals that have been tech reviewed, with tech review feedback emailed to faculty, are in the Level 1 folder.
  4. If your proposal has been inactive for some time and is not found in the Curriculum and Instruction Resources Canvas course files, your proposal will need to be recreated. (See FAQ #4)

Revisions can be submitted by filling out the necessary fields to be updated in the Word document, Course Proposal Template.

  1. A link to the Course Proposal Temporary COR document can be found on the home page of the Curriculum and Instruction Resources Canvas course.
  2. A PDF document of the tech reviewed course proposal can be found in the Curriculum and Instruction Resources Canvas course, under Files, _WebCMS Proposals folder, Level 1 folder.
  3. Once the necessary fields of the Course Proposal Temporary COR are updated with the revisions, save the document using the subject code and course number followed by the word “Revisions.” (i.e., ENGL 001A Revisions)
  4. Email the updated Course Proposal Temporary COR, named using the subject code and course number followed by the word “Revisions” to smbober@parkviewhousebb.com. Preferably, send as a reply to the email with the tech review information.

  1. Email Course Proposal Temporary CORs or Program Narratives to your Division C & I Faculty Representative.
  2. The Division C & I Committee Faculty Representative will submit your proposal or program narrative to the Curriculum and Instruction Resources course assignment, Curriculum Proposals - Fall 2024 Submission.
  3. If your division does not have a C & I Committee Faculty Representative, please email the C & I Committee chairperson, smbober@parkviewhousebb.com for an invitation to submit the proposal(s).
